The cheese course is very expensive for what you get. The service at this point was not great. There was a very strong smell of chlorine and my friend asked why it was so strong as it is allergic to it. The checkout made a face and began to speak in Spanish, not to realize that we speak Spanish, and said: I wonder how clean their house is... This is simply rude because it was a health problem, not because it was selective. Generally, the service was not great. The sandwich was super small and super expensive.
Online it means that they close at 7:30, I showed 30 minutes before they closed and was personally told that they closed I called the place to see why I was unable to order half an hour before the near time, and the guy who answered the phone could not give me any answer. He barely understood English (stool) and was in the middle of the conversation. Will never return there again. Maybe instead of renting some foreigners for Pesos on the dollar who have terrible customer service, put people who can speak English and do the job.
19 for half a sandwich and a cup of soup that tastes worse than sliced bread! Terrible place. We work hard for our money and the staff there will take it happy and give you terrible service. This place deserves to turn it off or move to L.A. where everything is double and nobody knows what a dollar is worth
This place used to be awesome. During the pandemic, they raised the prices. $50 for a board with two meats and two cheeses. It?s kind of insulting. But I?m not here to complain about the prices. I actually came here to complain about the staff. They are absolutely miserable, never smile, stare blankly when I ask simple questions, and are just generally unfriendly and unhelpful. It?s like they are mad about having to work. I?m sure other people would be happy to do this job. I don?t get it. They make more per hour than I did when I had these kinda of jobs. Back then we were lucky to make $8 an hour to do more work. None of the staff has a basic grasp on English either. Diversity is fine, but being able to communicate with English speaking customers seems like a basic qualification. Maybe the owner of this cheese course has too much business and doesn?t need to retain customers. I?m not sure, but I am sure I won?t be back until they can get back to a basic standard of service.
