One of the best restaurants I 've been to in my life....and believe me, I 've been to a lot. It just has it all...! The atmosphere in the place exudes a calmness, which combined with the view, the ambient background music, the sunset and the unique flavors of the menu, constitute a complete pleasure for all the senses... From the appetizers and salads, to the main course and the sweets, everything is a feast of colors, appearance and flavors...that you rarely find in its entirety! How to combine hummus, with a variety of beets, pickled onions and mint leaves, as well as carrot puree, with beans and yellowfin tuna, are just a few of the culinary secrets that only the chef and owner of Orizonto knows! As for dessert....there couldn 't have been a better ending,....the cheesecake, with local fresh cheese and the chocolate tart with molasses and red pepper, elevated the enjoyment to such an extent....that we were put tempted to try the rest of the menu... I left the service for last... The kindness, the smile and the care of the staff, invested our experience in Horizon throughout its duration! Horizon management and staff deserve more than 5 stars!
