Great little local restaurant in Platte City. The owner was very personable and brought something fresh he was working on for us to try. Great ma and pa place! Great staff and atmosphere. It's a must try!

Sad has gone considerably downhill. Pastry options are basically nothing now. Changed bread to grocery store slices, I can make that at home for less money. Very disappointing will not being going back anymore. New owner seems to only want to advertise his donut shop in St Jo, who from platte is driving to st jo for a donut? This used to be the best spot in platte for a quick coffee and bite, no more.

I used to adore this place and went regularly 3-4 times a week. Since it’s been sold it’s gone downhill fast. No food in the case, never open. Seems like the new owner wants it to fail. This small town loved our old bee creek and we want it back.
