I ordered unsweetened tea and a side of coleslaw, but when I requested a second serving, I double-checked the receipt to make sure I wasn't being charged for anything beyond what I ordered. Ultimately, I had to add sugar to my tea since I actually meant to get sweet tea. Despite that, I generally enjoy dining at KFC and Taco Bell.
My husband and I dined at your Plattville, WI location yesterday afternoon and ordered a bucket meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Unfortunately, when we got home, we found that the gravy had leaked all over the bags, which was quite disappointing. I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. The service was slow, and I noticed the staff spending a significant amount of time outside smoking, which might explain the lengthy wait times at the drive-thru. There's certainly a need for improvements to boost efficiency and ensure that orders are accurate.
My husband ordered a burrito, but it came out cold and had a sour flavor, which really disappointed him. We were frustrated by the lack of attention to our concerns, and he ultimately decided to eat it just to quell his hunger. Overall, our experience was quite disappointing.
We make a point to stop at this KFC whenever we pass through Platteville, which isn't very often. It's always been a special treat for us since there isn't a location near our home. However, this time, our experience was quite disappointing.
