99 Restaurants - Plattsburgh

The atmosphere is very comfortable and the food is amazing. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a regular customer.

I was satisfied with my meal at the restaurant, but unfortunately there were multiple hairs in my sister's sandwich. Finding a hair in your food is always unpleasant, but it was even more concerning when they remade the sandwich and we saw a man with a long beard and no hair net handling the food. Upon inspecting the new sandwich, we found another hair tangled in it. This incident left a bad impression on us and my uncle even refused to eat the sandwiches because of the hair incidents.

The server was excellent and the food was fantastic. The restroom was spotless. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely dine here again.

I ordered the southwest black bean burger and was FLOORED by how good it was. Would most definitely order again. I can't remember our server's name but he was perfect. (Didn't hover and got everything right, super polite to my 6 year old I don't normally go to chain restaurants but this will be the exception. Awesome job, guys.

Went to have dinner with the family after a baseball game, the place was packed but Chris took care of us. He was on the ball the entire dinner and made the expierence truly enjoyable. He had very specific orders and was always had a eye open for anything we were missing. I would return again. Solid dining expierence.
