Chen's Oriental Cuisine And Grill

The food was really good. However, the staff had some problems first. Only slowly and the first lady who came over did not understand English.... I ordered a beer, but she still said soda. Finally, another person took over and everything was smooth. I think they just overloaded something. The Vietnamese soup bowl was a hit.

We ordered take out from Chen's tonight, and I wasn't sure what to expect. It was the best decision! The food is incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly! The staff is phenomenal! Super nice people! For two meals, the price was right, and we still have left overs for tomorrow! Chen's is the only Chinese restaurant I will go to for now on, for sure!

Fairly priced made to order Chinese cuisine. The Sesame Chicken and General Tso Chicken were well prepared. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was nice. Restaurant very clean. Salad that came with entree was soggy and appeared to be bag salad mix, hence 4 stars. Soup that came with entree was something I've never had before with a pleasant taste. Noodles were excellent compared to others I've tasted.

Very good and fresh food. Family run by a hard working people that believe in giving the customer a good product. If you are in a hurry go to the buffets in town, this may not be the place for you, but if you want great food it is worth the wait. I am very critical of oriental food in Plattsburgh to the point I will not eat food from most of the oriental restaurants, but I will come back as I like the food and staff at Chen's Oriental Cuisine bar and grill.
