Hong Kong Jade Buffet - Plattsburgh

The prices have doubled and the food is terrible! Way over cooked! Used to love Jade but this was my last order from them! Highly do not recommend!!

The food is okay and the waitstaff is friendly, however the workers at the front desk are rude and laugh at customers. It always feels like you are bothering them. I didn't leave a tip. I recommend going to Koto for better food and service.

Ordered last night for delivery when got it and went to go eat it was dried up and the chicken wings weren't cooked all the way iam very disappointed cuz normally it's great but if that's how it's going to be I will have to not order from there anymore

The food is good. But the restaurant is sooo dirty. I'm afraid to continue to go. The carpet needs a serious shampooing (replacing with maybe with tile), bathrooms need cleaning, take down the pictures sprucce up clean the place for God's sake!!!

Arrived at lunch time 11:30 and to say I was less than impressed. Most of the food was dried up and disgusting what wasnt cooked onto the pans and mush was undercooked. Egg rolls so dark no one would want to eat that. Use to go there each time I was in the area and that was pretty often now I doubt I'll ever go back
