Quaint and cozy little spot where we could sit on a covered patio and have drinks and food. Our server was very nice and the food was so good. We ended up being full after a couple drinks and appetizer (note to self: stop filling...up on those free chips and salsa), but that just meant we had to come back for more the next day. In my opinion the food is very affordable, especially for what you get. We both thoroughly enjoyed the grilled cheese and vegetable appetizer. We saved the red chicken mole for our last meal there and it did not disappoint. We are both looking forward to returning there again on our next trip!!!
This was the best food we had while in this region. Would like to take the chef home and have him cook for us every night. Keep up the great work and we hope to be back again one day!
We used to come here 2 3 times a week 2 4 years ago as it was an easy walk from our rental house. Things have definitely changed...and not for the better. The menu is mostly the same, but the quality and/or service has started...to lag. They seem to be resting on their own reviews. This is our 3rd time here this year, and we honestly wont return. We really kept trying to see if things were better on a different time and evening. (Sigh) Tonight, our appetizers came with the meal....and anyone who’s ever ordered a cheese appetizer knows that it gets vile when its cold. The wine is still reasonably priced... 340 pesos for a bottle of Pinot Grigio. So....2 stars goes toward that. We had to ask for our bill 2X. Once from a male server who’s only purpose it seemed was to hold down the stool inside while the girl was left with a full house including an 8 top out front. Unfortunately, he wouldn’t change a 500 peso note for us so we could tip the girl better than 10%. We bought ice cream at OXXO next door to give her more. We seriously used to rave and crave this place. We were so looking forward to the shrimp tacos before we came down for the winter.....but....sadly, they were over battered and not nearly as fresh tasting as they used to be. Will take the taxi into PDC next time.
Buenas sugerencias de Sergio, quien nos atendió con mucho esmero. Lo único criticable la larga espera para traer los platos y por ahí que se le olvido una bebida. En general muy satisfechos, prueben el atún en costra de chipotle!
