Fridas - Playa del Carmen

En general el servicio excelente desde el personal hasta los platillos que se sirven, al principio las porciones se me hicieron muy pequeñas para el precio pero al momento que probamos los platillos muy ricos creemos ahora que el precio es justo, cenamos en la parte de arriba con vista a la 5ta avenida muy padre en general.

Cenamos en la azotea con vistas al la 5ªavenida,la carta es riquisima es el tercer año que repetimos y esta ultima vez todo delicioso, el guacamole de fridas es adictivo!!los coctels buenisimos y los postres son cada cual mas sorprendente.El local y sus cartas son muy originales en cuanto a diseño,luego te ofrecen hacerte unas fotos de las que luego hacen etiquetas para que te lleves un tequilita de recuerdo!un sitio para volver y volver......

Visitors are waiting. the host/server (the one with a red lip tattoo behind his left ear) has practically begged us to eat/drink in this restaurant. he said: “Sex w/a waiter or sex on the way was available along w/a free couple silver earrings”. of whom my friend and I were interested in some wise. only if they are common lines used on others. the problem is that this 50 bill comes and we only ordered pico, guacamole, chips, and two margarita (home) period! my friend paid the bill while I was in the toilet room or I would have questioned it thoroughly. I was instructed to have the bathroom in mexiko. be geesh. that was an expensive hour at frida, regardless of whether you use the bath. we did not leave any extra tip, as it appeared a tipp was applied car. no earrings or other extras. be aware of the overload! I want to think I didn't even eat a meal!

Travel to playa del carmen. this charming restaurant found in the next season. the food was good, and the decoration was mexican. the waiting staff was attentive. when the bill came, it was in pesos what was expected. the credit card was calculated using a hand-held model, where the waiter added the percentage tip that I verbally requested. I had verbally added a certain percentage of the tip. when I presented myself with the last printed acknowledgement, I could find that he had added a much, much higher tip than I had requested. I could only catch this because of my good mathematic skills. When he questioned the mistake, he told me he would have done it right. only after my insistence, he has re-examined the appeal with the percentage point I demanded. the new amount was much lower than the original credit card pasteout and in agreement with my desired tip percentage. he presented me with a credit receipt that says that the original fee would be credited. then he printed out a corrected credit card receipt that I wrote down. after the return we checked with the bank. the restaurant had filed two complaints. one with the correct quantity and one with the higher, excessive charge quantity. this appeal is now in dispute. we had tipped a standard tip to the waiter, at the high end of the tips provided by our condo association. anyone who eats here should double check their final credit card reading. that was the only restaurant where we used a credit card. the other nights we paid in cash.

Two of us had the Wings to Fly and one person had the Mother Earth. The 4th person did not have salad. Well, the 3 of us that had salads got Montezuma revenge. Our concierge thinks they washed the veggies in tap water, not purified....Not the best way to spend your vacation. This is the Frida in Playa Del Carmen on 5th Ave.
