Madrez! Cafe - Playa del Carmen

Amazing eating and very cheap, especially by the standards of playa del carmen! super friendly for veggies and the service was so positiw and simply amazing round!

This place is a gem in playa del Carmen. One of my favorite places we found. The breakfast is to die for and I will be forever dreaming about the tasty waffle with chorizo and the most delicious chipotle and syrup . The Carmel lattes...are the best in the area as the caramel is homemade. Angel is the server there and his name is so fitting as he is a literal angel! He gave the best service and recommendations that we found on our trip! Wishing I could pick this place up and bring it back to New York with me !! This is a must visit!!! Get the waffles .

This is a great cafe. the caramel coffee is a must and the food service great! wished we could have stopped every day.

During our stay in Playa Del Carmen we had breakfast twice in a row Madrez Café. The place is located in the center, close to the beach, small and simple, as is the food, but very very good and prepared with a lot of...love and care : We had the waffles, bagel with marmalade, breakfast burrito, iced latte and fresh orange juice, absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful so I very much recommend.

Small place so fills up fast. Great breakfast place. They sell out of gorditas early. Bagel sandwich was wonderful.
