The hamburger tastes and looks like home made hand formed 100% all beef. Real cheese that has flavor. Grilled buns(ohhhh yeaaah) Fries and onion rings are great. If you want a big burger and you are on a budget then by all means go to urban pirate burger. They won't disappoint.
If you want a tasty huge burger with an outside ocean view, this is the place. They cook each one to order and they also have chicken, shrimp, and Portobello burgers. It comes with a nice size order of fresh cut potatoes, that are way better than most French ferries in the area. And the price is right compared to other burger places in the area. Give them a try just across the street from the big 7/11 Pemex.
It's a burger joint a food truck really with an ocean view . The burger was great what more do you need to know . The traffic was loud outdoor seating it was chilly but the biurger was GREAT . What else needs to be said.
Urban Pirate Burgers is an excellent permanent food truck in Rosarito, BC, Mexico. So far I've had the crab burger, the beef burger (several times... , and the surf and turf burger (my personal favorite . What makes Urban Pirate Burgers so good is the quality of ingredients. The beef patty must be at least 1/3 pound. The taste is excellent and the quality consistent. A side of fries comes with the burger and these are not standard fries from a bag. No, these are hand cut thick sliced beauties that really complement the burger. The surf and turf burger has beef, grated cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion rings, and freshly grilled shrimp on top. The burger is so tall that it does not fit into the take out container. It is huge! The chipotle sauce that is available really spices things up too. What my wife and I especially liked is that behind the food truck is a covered platform area with tables and chairs. You have a stunning view of the ocean from there and any road noise from the highway is shielded. It is quite a nice spot to relax. Sodas are available as well as a selection of beers. All the prices are quite reasonable. They are open at noon(ish on Wednesday through Sunday and stay open until about 10:00 or so. I highly recommend dropping in for a meal!
Buena ubicacion, buenos precios, deliciosa comida.
