Costa Vida - Pleasant Grove

Costa Vida is always great, I love the sweet pork salad! really anything with sweet pork)

Cheese and rice Costa vida, is life just oh so difficult that you can't do anything correctly? You would think that items on your menu would be easy and simple for your sub-par talent staff to make, but clearly you can't be bothered with showing a tiny single ounce of pride in the work you do. Went in for takeout last night and asked for extra meat and was charged for it what I received was the normal small amount of meat and extra chips that they politely crushed into the foil pan with their hand. The kids at the counter were nice enough but the food needs a lot of work.

Came in the other evening and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The staff at the line were all very friendly, and all we’re focused on doing their specific tasks assigned to them quickly. The assistant manager I believe named Anthony was there and recommended I try the new red salsa and he was right it was great. The food was good as always at costa, and the portions they gave me all seemed fair. This costa seems to be run very well and have good staff there.

This location is pretty good. The only thing I disliked is that the staff will treat you waaaayyyy different if you don’t tip them at the end. They got really mad one day when they asked if I would tip and I didn’t and they took out a majority of the salad and pico de gallo that came with my burrito. Other than that, they are somewhat quick and the food is good!
