Gandolfo's New York Deli

Breakfast is served all day, and each sandwich costs around $5-$6. They also offer Polish and all-beef hot dogs. Overall, the quality is excellent; I've only had one bad experience with a slightly undercooked egg out of the 13+ times I've visited.

Overpriced! Remember when Gandolfo's used to offer the best sandwiches around? I wanted to give them another chance because of their previous quality, but this last experience was disappointing. I ordered the double play sandwich, which is supposed to come with sausage, egg, cheese, and bacon. Instead, it had barely a quarter strip of bacon on it. When I returned it and explained the mistake, the employee merely pointed out the tiny piece of bacon and said that’s their standard. The quality of their sandwiches and customer service has really declined. You’d be better off going to McDonald’s. I won’t be coming back to Gandolfo's again.

When you come to Utah, you get Gandolfo's. Excellent NY deli style sandwich shop, and the best breakfast sandwiches you'll have. This is the double play. Sausage, bacon, 2 eggs, American cheese, butter, S&P, on a fresh made kaiser. The Pleasant Grove location is inside the 7-11, and a favorite stop for all the construction crews and police. There's several booths to sit at, and its a very local spot. It's a great morning hangout for coffee and breakfast. This is my 3rd time here on this trip, but being half a mile away it's an easy choice. Yes, Gandolfo's is Maloy Approved.
