Under Wraps - Pleasant Grove

Wow this did not feel like your typical Utah county restaurant. The owners are the chefs and create incredible dishes. The appetizers are the winners. If you’re expecting typical rice on the outside, tempura packed sushi rolls you’ll be disappointed though; they are small simple wraps with rice and a little bit of fish on the inside but the fish is super fresh and spicy sauces are incredible. The poke nachos and Brussels sprouts were MONEY.

Very clean. Nice space. Seems like they’re making medium quality fish taste better than it would as nigiri. The hand rolls are very good just a bit boring. Ginger has too much vinegar. Definitely not a sushi bar.

Amazing hand rolls, Wonderful staff, and a Great atmosphere! This restaurant is amazing, not too expensive, and so cozy! We got to meet the owner and his lovely wife, who both work there, and we were so impressed by everything there!The food was to die for, I would especially recommend the Salmon hand roll!

Such a fun and delicious sushi place. Very unique rolls and they were so yummy and fresh. Clean and fun atmosphere. Service was great too. Definitely will come back.

LOVED this place! Popped in for a quick lunch break, ate some good food, left feeling great and ready to go back. The food was all very fresh and delicious. The scallop special they had was unlike anything I have ever had before! SO GOOD.
