Chick-fil-a - Pleasant Prairie

Got chicken sandwich. It had terrible aftertaste that I could not get out of my mouth kind of like an old burnt moldy nut taste) Really weird !I have since found out that they cook with peanut oil . Also judging from the company response to my review they don’t really care what the customer thinks . Works for me

Love their sandwiches but this location needs to work in their service. We went thru the drive thru for the first and last time today. Waited forever at least 15-20 minutes in line that was only 9 or 10 deep. Noticed that the cars at the window all had to wait quite a while on their food. I figure if I’m waiting 20 minutes my food should be ready when I get to the window. The girl handed our big bag of food and then passed three drinks one at a time with me having to find a place to put each one as she gave it to me. I asked why they don’t have drink trays and she said they do but they don’t always use them. Wait what? I’m sorry I love the franchise but this location needs some improvement.

Lol why ask my sauce choice if you're not going to give me it anyways... too distracted at the drive thru talking to other employees. Every trip is a 50/50 experience. Id give 3 stars but this is like the 6th time the employees at the drive thru were too preoccupied.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location just felt a little different than normal. Still met my needs, and is still worthy to hold the Chick-fil-A title

I ordered thru the drive thru. I always get my order correct and I've been going to this same place for a year. Changed almost all employees but same service which is outstanding. The food is good just like most other chickfila restaurants. I only get breakfast/lunch though .
