Burger King - Pleasanton

Items are always missing when ordered from this location not sure if the people just dont read order or dont care but very displeasing when you oder something and never receive what you want.

Burgers were good and hot, pommes were amazing, and the dame in the window was so nice and helpful. will definitely go back!

I asked for a Bacon King and do you see bacon on my burger? NOPE! I guess Im lucky I got onions and a soft bread . I posted that bad review a while ago, lately they have been much better, their burgers have tasted very fresh. They havent messed up an order in months. Good for them!

It was slow at the drive thru, when I got to the window there was one guy working by himself. As busy as he was he was friendly. The food was hot, exactly like I ordered it!!I know there is a labor shortage but wow, that guy was there doing what he could to help, MY HAT GOES OFF THE HIM!I normally don't tip at the drive thru but I did him. My order was $5, I tipped him $20. Just my way of saying Thank You

If I could give no stars I would. We are from out of town and waited 30 mins tonight to order. Kept reversing to get a message then a lady said hold please but would never come back. We went to the window twice and nobody in sight. It was dark and 3 cars waiting for food. I know they are short staffed there's a note saying that but to hide and never take an order or at least say you are closed is unacceptable. This was written at 9:00pm on Saturday the 15th.
