Good food. for covid. service is great! xialong bao were delicious.

Look a picture of the dry sauteed string bugging and based on that decided to check it. they were so good that I came back alone for them. while we were set, I saw a court coming out of the kitchen and asked what it was crispy noodles and they also ordered. very good, and they are crispy, they need the servier equipment to cut them. have a sequence of twice cooked pork, very tasty and beautiful thin slices pork. Finally, we have tried the steamed pork, which were our least preferred. we couldn't finish everything, but in any case back. as it is in the pacific pearl center, there are many parking spaces. we did not ask for reservations and did not need them.

Not good. not recommended. there may be better Shanghai restaurants in bay area. we first ordered old shanghai pan roasted rolls, that's the worst. the package is half boiled, sticky and not fully proven. the meat is so. we want to try black pepper meat first, but if we see this quality of the bread, we have canceled the bark. they don't let us do that first. food quality is definitely not worth the cost.

Authentic Shanghai region eat with thoughts prepared, light touch high quality ingredients. without being Shanghai-sweet, the dishes reminded those we had in high-end restaurants from all over the ocean. seafood were fresh, bark meat was tender, fruity were both. fried entrees came crispy, suppe in several layers of taste, xiao lung bao satisfying. exclamation for garnel with walnuts, in which the (smoking) garnels were delivered, not overwhelmed with mayo (as many others:) very difficult to do exactly with such large pieces garnel. the (d smoked fish was also a standout to be meaty tender as some shanghai restaurants manage. all classic Shanghai dishes were made with competency and a retaining flair.
