Decided to try this place as it was saved for a hot minute on my card. I actually have 3 breakfast sandwiches as well as these donuts, but we ate them too fast. so of these sandwiches we have a ham and speck with egg and cheese on a simple bagel, sausage with egg and cheese on a croissant, speck with egg and cheese on a croissant. we also have a dozen donuts, 2 apple fritter and a apple juice from the refrigerator. my sandwich (sausage, ei, cheese) was delicious. I finished it before I got a photo. I think the quality of the croissant really carried it because they can taste the croissant in every bite. the was very good. my 7-year-old also enjoyed his speck, egg and cheese. my man said his simple bagel was very simple. He said he was good, but it was nothing special. we were pretty full after the sandwiches, but we managed to save space for the peeps. they were pretty good, but still only a whisper. I don't know they're worth $2.50 each, I've had the same quality for less. the people who run the load were super nice, although I'm pretty sure they charged me a few dollars, but whatever. I didn't get a pointed reception to confirm. Overall, I would definitely go back for another breakfast sandwich, the donuts are good, and they are clearly popular how customers come again and again while I was there. the extra donut holes were a nice note.
This is a small place with the most friendly people we have ever met, which is open at 4.30 a.m. I have never been disappointed with one of their donuts, but heritage donut has made me such a great fan of glazed donuts, most of the time I have almost freshly baked, now I cannot eat at any other place. they also have decent coffee. tipps when they eat here: 1. they can always ask to get their donuts heated when they are already warm 2. let her coffee cool for one otherwise there is a chance that they burn her mouth n miss on donut experience 3. last always take 1 dozen donut holes to go, trust me that they will end it.
Proprietors are the nicest people and the donuts are some of the best I've ever had, bar none! Try the apple filled bear claws or the apple fritters. If you can find a better donut anywhere else I'd be surprised. Their maple twists are also amazing. We travel here from the Seattle area, home of the world famous Top Pot Doughnuts, so we like to think we know great doughnuts, and also donuts. Heritage is at the TOP of the list!
Best Donuts in Pleasanton. Every type of donut they make is really good. The owners are very friendly and make it a great place to stop by in the early morning.
