Little Caesar's Pizza - Pleasanton

Fabulous customer service, a new manager is in charge, the store looks great, the manager prepared a delicious pizza for me, I will be back very soon.

I sent my employees to pick up lunch today and while they are at this establishment they get harassed by an impatient customer behind them and the employee instead of deterring the situation and explaining they were first in line proceeded to give my employees attitude before even taking their order. Employees here need to learn proper quality customer service and the meaning of first come first serve along with treating every individual the same. Terrible service

I threw pizza through the door bag. Kruste was so dry. Wings were decent, but overseasoned. Kid loves pizza, but could not finish a slice of pepperoni. Seriously, what went wrong with people. Where has all the hard work and skills development go.

Order on app, personally picked, no complaints. The staff was friendly!

This place is great! Just take them 5 to 10 minutes from the order to have me back home. The order specification makes the process even faster. Most Fast Food Drive up lines are not so fast. The staff is always friendly and polite and the shop is always clean. It is a luxury to have such shops in the neighborhood.
