Little Caesars Pizza - Pleasanton

I love customer service in our lil Caesar?s!!! I always get the thin crust, but I don't like my cut in triangles the usual squares and they never hesitate to take me! And always so sweet about it! Great job guys!

Yes. Can't even cut the slices properly buzz so annoying, why is half of my pizza in half of just Tryna pick a slice on

Asked for light sauce, put it extra, thin crust was soupy and had still paper hanging on it. Regular crust was so boiled probably because of all the sauce they gave up. My wife went in to complain, and they just stood there and stared, she didn't want to talk or help her until she came out and took me out and I went in there and called her. Stop pulling the pizzas out of the oven early they have to cook the whole way. Customer service is garbage there.

Absolutely terrible and unnecessary behavior. Snarky remarks, and when I got the pizza (they have the name wrong), so we were confused, what not the worry, but the guy said it for the second time?christina? What's the name? so we were both confused and the second time he called out the name, he had a very disastrous look at his face and rolled his eyes and huffed. We also got two of the sauces for the pizza and grabbed them, and he said something rude under his breath (not understandable) and gave us both a dirty look. I called to complain about the behavior and when I was asked about the manager, I was so busy and I answered that I would like to talk to him if he was available, so I spoke to the manager and told him what had happened and was told? You're not supposed to grab the sauces behind the glass? what I was told NIE was that by anyone and it's ridiculous to have an attitude about it if you don't want me to grab it. And when I told him everything he said? Still what? instead? etc. absolutely disgusting behavior, you lost a regular customer.

I love the new pick up method, orders are usually correct. Food is good, pizzas other than the standard hot and ready pizzas are very good...competitive with other chains.
