It?s going downhill fast and the burger are way to expensive. Only reason I go is cuz it?s the first thing my twins say when I ask what they want for dinner

Placed a mobile order and was waiting 12 minutes before i had to walk to drive thru order and ask them what was going on because lobby was closed. They told me they would bring it right out but another 3 minutes had passed, so now waiting for 15 minutestotal and nothing yet. Cars that driving thru drive thru after me have gotten food before me.
