After a few minutes we finally got our order right and replaced the Agar-Boba with banane after we asked for mango, but she said it already came with mango. we paid at 4:30, but got our order at 5:00, although it seemed not busy at all. the shaved egg itself was ok, but there was no mango as the cassian said. we have not complained about it, but so not sure whether it should actually come with mango. overall very slow, confusing service and the mango shaved ice was just okay.
Cute little dessert spot. We ordered the honey dew shaved ice and two drinks. I wish there were more toppings in the shaved ice, but it was okay. The drinks were also just okay. We ordered the roasted oolong milk tea and the lemon kumquat. They do have rolled ice cream so will try that next time!
Passing through I found this gem. Hand rolled ice cream, crepes, snacks. You could say it's typical but it wasn't. They seem to take care in their work and the customer service was great. Downside? It was a weekend so very busy, understaffed to say the least. Trash overflowing, bathroom could have been cleaner, tables needed a wipe down. It goes with the territory of needing an extra person on staff. 3 didn't seem enough on a busy Sunday. Being a food business manager it's easy to say but on the other side of this it's tough to hire right now. Will I be back? Definitely.
We came for crepes that weren't worth the $10. The vibe was thrown off after we were only charged for one and received a sarcastic little attitude from the girl working, by basically stating it was our fault for not having the order repeated back to us. So communication and kindness towards customers isn't a thing they practice. Attitudes towards customers feel cold and uninterested . Really not worth the prices for the crepes, or feeling the awkward vibe from staff while you eat.
At least for the oreo flavored one, it was pretty bland. Hardly any chocolate sauce and it crumbled really easily. Didn't really seem worth $10.
