Starbucks - Pleasanton

Got the frozen lemonades was not even frozen at all .. guess they didn’t feel like doing there job today?

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks’s . The food is always fresh and the drinks are always just right. I have doggies so the pup cups are always a hit and appreciated.

By far the best Starbucks I've ever went to . Even when there is a long line you get served superfast . Longest I've ever been in this line for is about 5mins. The people working there are always friendly also .

Sorry folks. This was the worst SB I've ever been in. The public area was very dirty and un kept. The counters at the register were dirty. Our mocha Fraps were colored ice. If I wasn't driving away late for something, I would have turned around and giving it back to them. No taste, not coffee, just colored ice.
