However, the mac and cheese fell short; it had a somewhat muddy texture and was lacking in flavor. The herbal panini was enjoyable, especially with the basil pesto and pink hummus—both were quite tasty. The bagels were impressive too, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. The carrot muffin was wonderfully moist. As for the avocado toast, it was intriguing, abundant with avocado and possibly a hint of garlic that added another layer of flavor.
For future diners, I’d note that the portion sizes seemed a bit smaller than what I usually prefer for a meal. I recommend ordering multiple dishes, as my friends tried the dandan noodles, beer burger, and pizza, all of which looked appetizing. However, I felt they might not be sufficient if you’re particularly hungry and seeking a hearty meal. Keep in mind, my preference could be different as I’m a runner and typically eat more than someone who lives a sedentary lifestyle. We opted to sit outdoors and pulled some chairs together, enjoying the ambiance. There were also tables for two, and I loved the overall setup. The service was friendly and efficient, with a focus on one-time-use containers, ensuring everything was 100% nutritious and tasty.
I really enjoy the goat salad here, which keeps me coming back. However, the portions are a bit small and the prices can be on the higher side. The customer service is decent, but I’ve never felt particularly welcomed. On the positive side, the restaurant is clean, and I usually don’t have to wait.
Such a great spot everything is vegan and gluten free. A wide variety of foods sweet and savory. Indoor and outdoor seating. As well as some grab and go items, including candy, popcorn, and even jarred goods. They don't carry almond milk, so oat milk it is! Which is fine by me but I know some of my ibs besties may have issue with that. The bagel is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside! What a treat to be able to order a bagel out. They don't skimp on the vegan cream cheese either, which makes it feel all the more authentic New York style! It gets quite slippery so I ended up eating mine open faced. They also have soups, muffins, scones, salads, burgers, bowls, chia pudding... Any craving, they have you covered. I'll definitely be back for more!!
We are a celiac family and we went for lunch today. Food was excellent and I am not one to enjoy most restaurant food or takeout as a serious home cook who uses fresh ingredients and produce. Also as a South Asian and lover of Southeast Asian, I loved the Asian inspired menu options, that were well-balanced and not over the top on salt, oil and spices (They have options for light, medium and hot spicy. My picky kid liked it too. Just a note that if a parent spaces out, a kid might pick a CBD infused beverage from the self-serve fridge. Will definitely return even though it 's 1/2 drive for us. We had 5 menu items and all were yummy. I even finished my entree, not the norm for me when eating out. Servers were also informative about ingredients, time to prepare and what is better as a take-out to re-heat at home. I 'm looking forward to going back. Felt pricey for me but it was worth it given I rarely eat out and felt safe about our particular concern, gluten. There are a few tables inside the cafe and given it 's April, seemingly 6-7 tables outside on the sidewalk.
