Contribuisci feedbackMiserable soggy lunchtime and we were looking for this place on the basis of TA feedback, so glad we did! friendly welcome and efficient waitress has made us some drinks while we decided from the short but interesting menu. we chose (tapas planche de la mer well in...parts, but disappointing when the prawns were ruined (old and covered in BBQ sauce! and the beignets were bland and stodgy. the mackerel rillette and mackerel fillets were both very nice. the main square derecôte was delicious, cooked to perfection and served with a mountain of frites (sect boiled in a drip! the portion size was huge, so in advance! pichet by merlot was on the square. will be the seafood, the oyster, moules and fish of the day all attraktiw look, now we know!
Best restaurant in the opposite location/food/service excellent. price not expensive. we visited 2006. and it always had good food / service. yesterday for a great lunch. they are very busy so it is best to book a table.
We had dinner here on a warm afternoon, on the terrace on the high flood on the mud and a sandy beach. the beach is so close children can play in themselves on their parents. the restaurant was lively. we had the mouls that. delikatessen service was excellent. we have been coming into this restaurant for years and it is always from a good standard. very informal.
Just found by chance on google maps on the way to Dinard airport. It is not too far from the N12 and you go into Plouer sur Rance, then follow the signs out to 'Le Port ' and the restaurant is at the end of that...road. It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day but even arriving early before 12, all the outside seating had already been reserved so bear that in mind. We sat in the covered area which was fine as we still had a good view of the river. Parking was limited but we managed to find a space but as time passed, customers were having to park further away. Welcome was friendly by the head waiter who, although efficient, had a rather intrusive voice which he used to command his minions. We were swiftly offered an aperitif which came quickly as we perused the menu which had a traditional mix of french dishes. We opted for the formule, which was deep fried goat 's cheese, followed by a fish pie, Both were nicely presented, hot and tasted excellent but were a little lacking in portion size so bear that in mid if you have a big appetite. We had no dessert as we had to get to the airport but they looked good. Price for the meal was a little above average but considering the location, it was worth it. I can imagine this place gets very busy during the summer and weekends but will book the next time I go as it makes a perfect lunchtime stop and is close to the airport (15minutes
We went around 5 p.m. and were met with some confusion (by the hostess) as to why we hadn't made a reservation. It seems to get pretty busy around this time on weekends, so I suggest doing that. This was a very good location to...dine in with a toddler, as they had a play area (outside, by sand) and overall great view of the bay. The food was delicious, we had the mussels and burger. The only thing we did not enjoy was having to remind our waiters to bring us water and them continuing to forget, but they were very busy and had a large party right next to us, so relatively understandable. Still totally recommended! They also have a great bar!
