Bojangles - Plymouth

As another reviewer mentioned, this Bojangles is outstanding! I wish other locations could learn from them. Their cinnamon twists are absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, works well as a team, and they hustle to keep the food flowing, especially on Sunday mornings. I just wish it weren't so far from Durham! Excellent job, Plymouth Bojangles team!

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at a Bojangles. Where do I even begin? I ordered a chicken biscuit, but they were out of chicken. I thought, "Fine, I'll try three steak biscuits instead." After waiting and waiting, I inquired about my order and was told they had forgotten it and would need to cook the steak from scratch. When my food finally arrived, they had only made two biscuits instead of three. It seemed like no one had a clue about what was happening, and nobody seemed to care at all.

Among all the Bojangles locations I've visited, this one has the fluffiest, most buttery biscuits on the entire coast. Additionally, the Cajun pintos are a fantastic and flavorful side, served piping hot! Every Bojangles should take note. Well done, Plymouth Bojangles!

The biscuits at this Bojangles were the best I have ever had!! Food was hot and fresh! This store could teach the others franchise stores a thing or two. Staff was great also. We had a huge order and they treated it like the best challenge. Fast,professional, and acted like they had fun doing it!!

How can I start? The staffing is very short staffed, every time I come the food be cold or lukewarm, out of certain items during the day, rude employees, always want to close the doors when the drive thru be extremely long, closed early for not wanting towork til 10, always want to don't cook anything fresh! If you don't want to work or show up for your shift close the businessdown and enjoy your laziness. 7 to 7 is not worth it especially if you on your lunch break waiting from 13 to 19 minutes for hotchicken. The management is sorry, heartless and cruel. If I was the corporate hire people off the streets and pay them to helpthese sorry businesses out. Very disappointing.
