Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Plymouth

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The brisket was overcooked, with a burnt end that was mostly just fat and quite unappetizing. The roll was inedible. The sides were acceptable, but overall, I cannot recommend this place.

Went to 5 miles after dickies and sheldon in the other night. eating was cold and the menu shrinks to use cheaper substandard products. I'm sure we're done with this place. can save money if they lose customers. I hope they wake up before they have to close!

I'm a long-term customer of Dickey who used to visit the location fardale before he was closed. I was pleasantly surprised to learn from this place. it hurts me to say that, but Dickeys is about losing another customer if they don't get it together. this is the third time that my ribs were not fed, not properly cleaned (every bit I had huge fat dumps,) and undercooked. in the age of food-related diseases, this is unacceptable. there are only one handful of bbq places that are still in business and have good food. famous daves is now terrible. please go back to the original recipe.

I ordered a take-out lunch using their active menus, and it was fabulous! The food had excellent flavor! I would recommend it to anyone who loves BBQ.

Despite the app offering a curbside pick-up option—which even required me to enter my vehicle's make, model, and color—there was no actual curbside service available. Additionally, the order status never updated, so my order remained stuck in the queue. I initially thought the restaurant was just busy and that my order would take some time, but it turns out my food was sitting there for over half an hour without any notification that it was ready. When I finally picked it up, the staff basically told me the app is useless and that I shouldn't rely on it because they don't use it. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money, especially during a busy lunch hour on a workday. It appears to be a poorly managed establishment, and I don't plan on ordering from here again.
