KKatie's Burger Bar - Plymouth

I tried to call to warn them, but they hung up on me, so I am leaving a poor review. I got the grilled cheese patty melt last night with onion rings for takeout. I could taste that the used rancid oil on the grilled cheeses and not butter, and it gave me food poisoning. I have been expelling all night and today. Not cool

I felt sick after I left there about 45 minutes after eating. My server was ok However I did notice that he handled my straw bare handed which is little gross. My burger had no seasoning and I liked the fries. My GF wasn't feeling well either. Out of the people there My waiter seemed to be the only one personal with the customers the rest just going through the motions.

Food was great but after 20 minutes we had to ask for a server they basically ignored us at the high tops. When I needed more to drink I had to flag down a server. This is the second time this has happened we thought we would try again but disappointed once again. Everyone seemed very interested in the bar and hang with customers there. Very disappointed I have worked in Management for years and was very sad to see how this night went.

Like many places today there is always problems with staffing. The trade-off when you have trouble completely staffing a restaurant is... do you go for quality or quantity? For me if it takes an extra 5 or 10 minutes and the quality is great...then I 'm OK. with that. We ended up ordering 3 of the half pound KKK Katie burgers and they were great!

The burger was very good! I thought it was a bit loud for lunchtime, but then again it was school vacation. I will return. Parking: Plenty of parking they have a large lot. Kid-friendliness: We went for lunch during school vacation. There were a ton of families there. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
