Little Caesars Pizza - Plymouth

The girl at the front seemed bored and like she hated her job, couldn’t even get her to acknowledge me as I stood waiting at the portal because they forgot my sauce(or it didn’t fit as I ordered a lot). Aside from that, the food was good, on time, and when I realized I forgot my brownie, I actually got someone to pick up the phone. I was able to go back and pick it up, ultimately I did forget -however, nobody bothered to realize it was missing. But, no big deal. The amount of staff seems to be improving, as does the food quality; I wish the staff working the front was a little more friendly.

We order from Little Caesar’s 1-2 times per month. I prefer to order online to guarantee that the pizza will be available when I arrive. Hot n Ready pizza doesn’t appear to be available very often at this location.

The young women working at the restaurant have been extremely friendly recently! Even during what could be a busy dinner rush, they always have pizzas ready to go and they are also able to produce a beautiful product. The pizzas are well-cooked, topped appropriately, and cut symmetrically. My only regret is not knowing their names to recognize them.

Great spot for a lunch outing, quick service when you place your order online or through the app.

On 8/04/2020, I found myself starving in between student lessons and looking to grab a quick and affordable meal. I decided to revisit this restaurant around 4pm and was pleased to find a good selection of bread and pizzas. I was promptly greeted at the register upon entering, with good service. I returned later that afternoon and experienced the same level of service. When I realized my Italian cheese bread was a bit dry, I asked if they could add some butter. Without hesitation, the staff offered me a new box with the additional butter. This was the second instance of excellent service within a week, prompting me to upgrade my rating from 1 to 4 stars. However, every visit to this location has been marred by disorganization and inefficiency. It seems that management is lacking, resulting in long wait times and mistakes in orders due to distracted employees. Despite the busy atmosphere, the main issue here is a lack of attention to detail and customer care. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this specific location as it has consistently been a disappointment and waste of money.
