Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Plymouth

I ordered a four banana smoothie with additional creatine and ice, and my server, Catie, was exceptional.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant - they never get my order wrong and the staff, especially Joshua, are always friendly and polite. I love this place!

After a disappointing first visit, I decided to give this restaurant another try and was pleasantly surprised by the service. The staff were professional and our shakes were served promptly. I will definitely be returning as I feel that the second experience better represents the overall level of service here.

Always consistent. And the 3 kids working tonight (12-7-21) we're polite and did a great job. Smoothie and sandwich were perfect. Keep it up!!!!!

The quesadilla had almost no cheese, was cold and as hard as a rock. The smoothie had a faint hint of chocolate and tasted like water. There was no trace of peanut butter, banana, or yogurt. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The meal was not satisfying.
