Very short staffed....only one server in entire place. Meatball side wasn’t hot and they didn’t have any cod that we asked for. Had to wait minutes fir check and drink refills. No manager visitation to our table he kept checking his cell phone

My server Natalie was outstanding, anticipating and meeting my needs. Food hit the spot and love the rolls

We had a birthday party for a friend at Bertuccis to let her know we love her and wanted to celebrate her. We had very good service and the food was very good and plentiful.
