Caffe Nero Plymouth High Street

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The entire establishment was dirty and in need of a good cleaning. The tables were sticky and looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while. I recently visited a Caffe Nero in London that was much nicer. The coffee was decent, but the croissant was not even warmed up and there was no offer to do so. Overall, the whole place was dirty.

My favorite place for coffee is Nero. I usually go to the one on Cornwall Street, but no matter which Nero I visit, they all could use a good cleaning.

Great coffee shop, super friendly team, lovely atmosphere, as always with Caffe Nero the coffee was wonderful.

I go here every Friday before work. Staff different but service all excellent. Free coffee today whoop whoop For me coffee tastes better than most.

Young lady knows me as a regular ,obviously has an issue with me, serves me with her back to me ,no eye contact, started to make the drink without first asking what i require, needs to brush up her customer service skills, and treat ALL customers the same
