Caffe Nero Plymouth House Of Fraser

This coffee shop is chaotic and extremely grubby, the floor is dirty and the tables are sticky! The coffee tasted strange and the only toilets are up many escalators at the top of the building! Nothing to recommend this place at all! Go somewhere else

Lovely lady who usually serves us. Always happy and helpful. Place could do with a clean though. Yuk it’s dirty in places!

Like being in a school canteen. Serve yourself by going to the counter no table service. Carry your own tray to the seating area. Over filled cup so you spill it everywhere. I hate this kind of service. My girlfriend drinks coffee so I end up here. Not my choice of place as lack of table service let’s it down. Vegan croissant is amazing! And I mean amazing!! Try one! Vegan flapjack is good but takes second place to the croissant

On a very wet day it was nice to find this cafe not as busy as usual, so there were plenty of seats. Unfortunately the comfortable chairs had been taken and apart from the hard wooden chairs there were just the torn softer bench seats available. As always there was a queue , but the one member of staff was doing a good job getting people served. The cakes looked very nice, but we just had coffees and they were very good. More comfy seats and a little re vamp would be good!

Four of us stopped by for a quick cup of tea and were fortunate to find a seat. My tea was hot and the teacake was delicious. My husband tried the cappuccino cake and really enjoyed it. My friend requested a strong cup of coffee but had to ask the server to remake it because it had too much milk and wasn't strong enough. If you prefer a stronger coffee, be sure to ask for less milk or extra espresso shots.
