Early Bird - Plymouth

Staff seem knowledgeable about allergens not a problem to ask for gf options. Gf alternatives available. Gf clearly highlighted on the menu, but would always recommend highlighting the allergy to the staff to avoid contamination risk. Never felt unwell after eating here

Ordered a gluten free meal and ended up being gluten poisoned. I think their kitchens too small to make sure cross contamination doesn’t happen

My partner has leaky gut syndrome and we LOVE The Early Bird. It’s a brunch spot, so a good combo of traditional breakfasts and funky sandwiches. They have so many GF and vegan options, being able to swap out most bread to GF and having the GF options clearly marked on the menu. GF sausages too! Super tasty, super trendy, and lovely staff.

Fantastic as always! we were countless times to the early booker and we love it! eating is amazing and the personal is really friendly. we cannot get enough of this place and would recommend the early bird to anyone who wants great food in plymouth!

Very nice event staff very organized all the young and helpful eating was nice well cooked delicious cost overpriced I thought I didn't have a free tee coffee, but sadly carved for the everyone at the meal venue very cold guests sat with dumbbells on which was unpleasant to dress but no answer
