Klassic Kebabs - Plymouth

I placed an order on Deliveroo with the expectation of it arriving at 03:00 after ordering at 02:25, but it ended up coming over an hour late. It seemed like it must have been the restaurant's last order, as when it was delivered, Deliveroo stated that the restaurant was closed. The most important part, however, was that the food was terrible. I've learned my lesson and will stick with my regular kebab shop, Dillan Kebab.

I placed an order through the Deliveroo app, selecting this restaurant because it promised delivery in 20 minutes. However, the food ended up arriving an hour later and it was the wrong order. After contacting the restaurant, I was assured that the correct food would be sent to me within 20 minutes. Despite this, it took an additional 10 minutes for someone to come collect the incorrect food and promise a fresh batch would be on its way soon. In the end, my actual order didn't arrive until two hours and 15 minutes after I placed it. The chips were not enjoyable and the kebab meat was greasier than I have ever experienced. I don't plan on ordering from this restaurant again.

We are familiar with this location as we frequent the Hub venue nearby. It is unclear why this listing is present. For the past decade or two, 37 Union Street has been operating as Pizza Fast and is still currently open under that name. There is a Deliveroo listing for Klassic Kebabs at this address, but according to the Deliveroo website, it is not accessible. Perhaps there is a new concept in the works for the future?
