Lucky Wok - Plymouth

The food was very subpar. It seemed like they didn't put much effort into it. The battered balls were undercooked and the chips were overcooked. I was extremely disappointed.

The food at this restaurant took a long time to arrive and was of poor quality. The curry sauce did not taste like curry and was also bright red. The customer service was just as bad, with a rude owner. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I placed an online takeout order and requested it to be ready as soon as possible. The restaurant uses the FoodHub ordering site, which has their menu available for easy ordering. When I arrived at 6:20 PM, I was greeted with a friendly smile and my food was already prepared. The portions were generous, and the dishes were hot, spicy, and delicious. This is now our go-to spot for takeout in the area.

The food was fairly reasonable, but I'm sad to see that the owners respond to reviews by essentially blaming their taste buds without taking on any criticism.

We ordered from here on the 28/2/24. Food did turn up on time with a friendly driver. But the food wasn't great half a bag of chips, the noodles and sweet and sour chicken was tasteless and for what we payed it wasn't worth it. The only thing that was nice was the curry sauce.
