Mr Wok Thai Noodle - Plymouth

Always go here, it’s such a great place for vegans, and they always accommodate if you want no onions, too! Very flavourful, great for money and decent portion size!!

Great food, as usual, great service, today they almost killed by boyfriend by putting some onion on his food (he is very allergic). Mistakes, happen, we are human. When I called to clarify what happened, for the looks of it, asking for no onion and no tomato when ordering and confirming again when collecting is not enough, because I ordered the pineapple rice on top of the curry when they said could not be ordered with the curry, for the looks of it, that was not clear enough. I don’t care for the money, I don’t care even that a mistake was made, I care that the mistake was not owned and I just got excuses and now my partner has a blistered up mouth and thanks that he realised it had onion before swallowing or an ambulance or worse would have been needed. So, great food, but be careful if u have any food allergies, because repeating yourself ad nauseam might not be enough. Happy lottery.

I always get my bubble tea from here after a swim and they do the best alcoholic bubble tea it tastes just like a mock tail with loads of options to choose from, my favourite is the Irish man and the tropical bubbles. :

Have eaten in the restaurant a few times now, but ordered takeaway for the first time today. Food is still tasty and is definitely one of the better Thai places in Plymouth. However, I do think some of the dishes are expensive for what they are… £6.85 for 3 vegetable spring rolls? And £13.35 for a takeaway vegetable curry? Which is certainly overpriced for portion size and for the lack of vegetables, it was mainly sauce. Luckily I had a discount code to use, but in future I certainly wouldn’t pay full price for those dishes.
