We also enjoyed the pickled vegetables as an appetizer; they were so delicious that we ended up ordering three more! The takeaway is just a short walk from the harbor and the place is clean, with a visible kitchen. There are also a few outdoor tables where we could enjoy our meal in the beautiful sunshine without any worries about finding a place to sit, which is incredibly convenient for tourists like us. The owner, Yee, is very welcoming and the variety of choices is impressive. Our food was served quickly, providing excellent service that made us feel like we were dining at a restaurant, despite it being a takeaway. We definitely want to return to try more dishes if we visit Plymouth again. Highly recommend—5 stars!

The New Oriental Tearoom in Plymouth left me very impressed with their food! You can conveniently order your meals through their website and receive a 10% discount. It only takes about 30 minutes for your order to be prepared, after which you can easily walk down and pick it up. They also offer delivery options. Our favorite dishes include the Smoked Chicken and Salt and Pepper Prawns (starters) and the Malaysian Rendang Beef (main). You really have to try their food—you won't be disappointed!

1st time trying this Chinese. Ordered my collection at 7.30, got there slightly early, a very warm welcoming member of staff was very polite and advised that they were just finishing cooking the last of our dishes. Food was hot, fresh and tasted amazing, when we got home roughly a ten minute drive. Will definitely be ordering from here more often, lots of Malaysian dishes I’d like to try including the Nasi Lemak, Redang Malaysian curry. I’ve eaten at a lot of the Chinese takeaways in Plymouth and this is definitely my new favourite. Staff seemed really knowledgeable about their menu and dishes, took the time to tell us about the Malaysian dishes and recommend dishes which we may like. Prices are very reasonable and match prices in the local area. Portions of what we ordered were large and plentiful.

Ive had Chinese food from many different restaurants around plymouth, this is by far the best. I would recommend the Malaysian Rendang beef, among many others.

The food was incredible, the prices were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely return!
