The Plym Fish - Plymouth

Great fish and chips at reasonable price plus all the usual chip shop fare. Staff great and very quickly serve you. Parking only 15 meters away and is free.

Tonight we had our usual fish and chips but unfortunately one of the portions of fish was rather small perhaps part of it fell off in the fryer! When I headed back to the shop to ask for a replacement, one of the chefs came over right away and immediately offered a replacement without issue. He confirmed I was happy with the fillet and made a fresh one there and then. After a friendly chat with (I believe) the owner, I was soon on my way as a happy customer. We will be more than happy to keep supporting a local business that looks after it's customers properly! Thanks lads

Will definitely not use this place again. The portion size was pretty good. My order consisted of two portions of fish which was so greasy the BP wanted to by shares off me. Chips that had been in the fryer since Margaret thather was in power and a battered sausage so over done I called the vicar in for the ceremony. But alas I was still stupid enough to eat this, subsequently the hours that followed where nerve racking. I sware I have lost a good Stone in weight. So perfect for weight loss and colon detox. Sub par food establishment
