Our first visit. We ordered on a Tuesday which is probably not the busiest night. That said, our set meal for two was ready in 10 minutes. Friendly service. Generous portions. Enjoyed it. Will go again.
An amazing food experience. Splendidly prepared and tasty food. Excellent beef and chicken dishes. Prawn toast was delicious. The duck was to die for. Absolutely amazing. Great value for money. Heartily recommended. GIVE IT A GO
Food was a medium level nothing special and order was wrong and staff was very rude this business is ran backwards i Would avoid
We have been using this Chinese Takeaway for years and years and have previously written a lovely review because we wanted to promote them. We have noticed that the quality has been slipping a bit but tonight's experience was awful. Our meals arrived barely warm but one of the meals was actually missing the accompanying sauce. When I phoned they apologised and said they'd drop off the sauce when they were next in the area. On reflection we felt a bit mugged and phoned back. We asked that that one meal be delivered again this time warm and complete. They made the biggest fuss! You'd think that a packet of chicken balls with the missing curry sauce and a hot portion of salt and pepper chips wouldn't have been too much to ask but MY GOD!! We were interrogated and had other staff members shouting about us in the background, as if it was our fault or we were pulling a fast one. We've spent hundreds if not thousands over the last 20 years and they even demanded the messed up food back, which they got because we were telling the truth. So ........ your customer service is disgraceful YUNGS and we will not be placing another order. I hope all my family and friends take notice of this. I'm gutted at being treated so poorly by people I've supported for so long.
