Easy to get around and an excellent product range on stock. the parking space was slightly limited at the time I visited.

Today was the first time I visited Chaplins on my mobility scooter. Bit daunting at first as some tight spaces, narrow aisles, tight corners to manoeuvre etc but staff were very, very helpful. Looking to visit again soon

This restaurant has something for everyone and is reasonably priced, without compromising on variety. The garden center is fantastic, and the staff is very helpful. Plus, there's plenty of free parking available.

A great improvement! The garden center is looking better than ever. It appears they are making an effort to lower their prices, which is a positive change. However, a slightly larger price reduction on shrubs would benefit customers even more. A few brighter signs in and around the garden center would also enhance the shopping experience.
