Maybe you should train your employees that when it’s time to work, it means actually work, not stand there and talk about previous customers and stuff that happened the day before. Those girls are ridiculous and do not care about your customer service.
I have to give this location a two star. We waited in line for 30 minutes. There were only two workers and one was making online/app orders. So the one helping in store customers seemed to be just fine with a long line of customers and didn't seem to care about it. Very disappointed in her lack of efficiency.
Always dirty, wayyyy over portioned (which some people might enjoy), and customer service is not great. The service I've experienced is that the employees have an additude of they would much rather be doing anything else. At least that's how I saw it.
When we arrived, there were four employees visible and only one table occupied, yet we still had to wait to be served. Eventually, someone came to help us. When we asked for one of the items we wanted, the server seemed completely lost. Even after we repeated our request and showed her a photo of the item, she had no idea what it was. This was a seasonal winter item (pumpkin), and I understand if she needed to check the recipe, but why aren’t they informed about new items beforehand? For our next order, I first inquired if they had hot fudge or whipped cream. Since they didn’t have hot fudge, I asked for chocolate sauce and whipped cream on my dessert. I noticed the other server seemed ready to mix everything up, so I had to clarify once again that I wanted the fudge sauce and whipped cream on my dessert, just like a sundae. Is anyone there paying attention? When I finally received my dessert, I couldn’t help but laugh. Not only did they give me a sundae that looked haphazard, but when I started eating, I realized there was no caramel, which was supposed to be included in my order. The only way to get more caramel was to either buy a new dessert or add it to the one I already had, but slathering it on top wasn’t the same since my dessert had already melted. They refused to remake it from scratch, despite the fact that they had gotten my order wrong. Where are the managers and owners in all of this? If they are choosing to hire these young high school students, it seems they should be providing them with proper training. It really feels like the manager could use some training as well. This will be my last visit to this establishment.
