I was sitting in the driveway for 10 minutes when I watched the workers in the inner, to serve the other customers and ignore the running gear thru. other cars came after me. No one came over the intercom to command. after 15 minutes I went through to get in. when I asked the hired person why they ignored the drive, they said it was closed (in a totally ignorant tone). there was no sign on the menu that it was closed. When I asked them why they didn't come to notify the cars waiting, they wanted to tell me that I could just come in for a stupid wise way. I asked who was the manager there, and the girl was a complete idiot, she said. So I called the owner of the load to inform him about the incident. the only thing he says was that he knew that she was a terrible hired and she would be fired, but they hadn't had enough staff to finish her. He never apologized, he never offered a solution. just talk more. do not visit this location, they could take care of the customer service less.
The young man there was working alone. I made an online order the lobby was closed when I showed up. He had my food already was extremely nice! He deserves a raise! Especially working all by himself like that..
Great customer service. Arrived today on the free subway deal and the workers weren’t aware. But they were awesome and accommodating and we will be back
I placed an order online. When I got there the store had closed early because someone had quit. I had to come back the next day for a partial refund I say partial because I used by $2 rewards toward the sandwich and did not get that back. I was told it would go back. I just got off the phone with store and was told there was nothing they can do. They don 't have anything to do with the app.
The hours are never right! seems like they open late and close early so its never reliable. the drive thru is closed 99 out of 100 percent of the time, please steer clear of this place… it is DISGUSTING here! the SERVICE is always POOR, the DINING AREA is DIRTY, and the BATHROOM is NASTY. you’re better off going to the gas station next door to use the restroom. if you’re really in need of a sandwich there is always firehouse subs, jimmy johns, and other local sandwich shops. hell, buy some bread and meat and that would still be the best alternative. the OWNER doesn’t care about the customers, more about his REPUTATION towards the Franchise and the ones that inspect the the store! the MANAGER does the bare minimum and is apart of the reason why the place is down hill, she breaks company policies and health guidelines and no one holds her accountable!
