Katoreya - Pointe Claire

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The sushi is consistently fresh. The restaurant is clean and the food is outstanding.

Everyone is talking about this restaurant, but I personally was unimpressed with the sushi. We were a large group of around 14 people, and the service was not great. We didn't receive all of the items we had ordered. Overall, I found the experience to be mediocre.

I tried the Omakase sushi and teriyaki beef at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was! I'm happy to have found this place near the airport.

Delicious! Unfortunately ordered far too much as everything on the menu was so enticing lol. We'll know better next time. Quite expensive but we ordered too much. Have been coming here almost from day one and have already left a few complete reviews so this is just a brief follow up: Have you tried the grilled (charred) squid appetizer? That alone is worth a visit, absolutely perfect! Enjoy.
