A&w Canada - Pointe-Claire

I ordered a beyond meat burger and it had mould on it and tasted horrible. it’s not the first time that this place’s food has tasted absolutely gross. It’s not giving me an option to post a picture but if I could’ve 100% would’ve.

Absolute DIRTIEST A&W I've ever been to. I should of walked out as soon as I saw how dirty this place was but I was desperately hungry and thought to myself that as long as the food was good I'd ignore how filthy this place was.... It wasn't. The fries were fine but my spicy chicken burger (Don't remember the exact name) was absolutely disgusting and I couldn't even finish it even though I was starving (The fried chicken was rock hard and the bun burnt on top and bottom also super dry and hard. The staff seemed to have had the life sucked out of them. If I were a responsible of A&W franchises I'd close this place down until they manage to turn it into a respectable place and to multiple check-ins in the future to make sure it doesn't go back to this present condition.

If I could give 0 star I would!I came and asked for a beyond meat burger and I specifically asked for no mayo because I can’t have eggs at the moment. They put a lot of mayo on my burger so when I went back to the front, I politely reminded them that I asked for no mayo as I can not eat that right now and the lady proceeded to argue with me , then she threw my burger out aggressively and then rolled her eyes at me. I have never had anyone have such an attitude issue towards my eating preferences! Very unprofessional

Ordered 3 meals. All 3 were wrong.The wrap: I ordered NO BACON, NO KETCHUP and I PAID FOR ONIONS.IT CAME WITH BACON, KETCHUP AND NO ONIONS. DID NOT GET THE COFFEE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE WITH THE MEAL.The English Muffin: MISSING COFFEEThe Bacon English Muffin: I paid for EXTRA BACON. Did not get it.

Showed up at 8:30 tonight and they had already locked the door. I knocked because there was 2 people behind the counter and no one budged…..very disappointed.
