Bento Sushi - Pointe-Claire

The worst place, the sushi is not edible and the fish stinksI had food poisoning so be careful.

I went for lunch today and couldn’t believe my eyes when the server dropped the metal tongs on the ground, picked them up and just rinsed them off and used them to put the beef in my bento box…I was horrified and disgusted. Please put the tongs in the sink, wash them with SOAP later and use another pair of tongs in the meantime…totally unsanitary. When I went to say something the server was already serving someone else as there were a few other customer in line. Perhaps they can buy more tongs and keep sanitary standards. This will bother me for a long time. I hope these restaurants get frequent visits from the health department.

Lots of options and the food is good, I normally order a salmon poke bowl, the lady that works there is very skimpy with the salmon and normally has a bad attitude while taking my order. The other day the rice put in my food was so hot that it melted a thin layer of plastic from the bowl it’s hard to tell from the picture but if you look closely you can see the black film on the rice.

Horrible!!! Very poor service, meat comes lesser than before, and our complaint was neglected, the staff not responding and leave us there for more than 10 minutes
