Rôtisseries Ti-coq (cap-de-la-madeleine)

For $10 more expensive than its competitor, it's really not worth it. Even if it is closer and faster in delivery. The chicken is barely cooked. FINI Ti-Coq much too expensive for the poor quality of the product.

I ordered online a family box for fries what was in the box. It was 10 pieces a 16 ounce dressing salad and fries and i paid $45.99 which i got only chicken and when i called the restaurant he was telling me like what i had ever ordered at their restaurant but I validated with the young man, the address of the restaurant and their telephone number to be sure that it was the right restaurant, he confirmed to me that yes at the beginning, he said not to find me in their system and I explained to him. I can even confirm myself and move him on site to prove it and finally he tells me that he could give me a credit and return a box to me. And when they returned the box to me in question there was no coleslaw and the format of the sauce was not the right one nor the format of fries in short, I was really disappointed with the service online but for my part I could say the chicken was good but the fries were soaked in oil this happened on Sunday August 20th around 6:05pm that I ordered. Of course when you pay for something and you don't get what you want. It's really not cool. This is not a restaurant where I will recommend online service. Maybe in person it's better but online. Frankly it's nonsense and I'm not the type to comment on bad comments for nothing. I hope you will change the online operation and command errors
