McDonald's - Poitiers

Not busy, but eating took 14 minutes and arrived cold! I was hungry, now I am angry, the only question in my head is why the franchise tolerate this place I'm sorry.

I'm not one for mc donalds, but I fucked a coffee my wife wanted to eat. for such a first-class place on the main street I expected fast food and service, 2 packs , 1 croque monsieur mcdonald’s style, all cooked to order and cold taking 15mins. to come, plus 2 warm drinks without ice, thankfully the coffee was the best piece of this over expensive meal. I spoke to a worker about the very slow service, he said embarrassingly that the chef will no longer pay for more staff. all employees seemed to be under 18 years of being seen with no senior member in control.

Today I went there with my family and we all agreed that we never go back there. our order was incomplete. everything was cold and the service was not great either. I would never go back there because it just doesn't run so efficiently or. quiet as their average mcdonalds. I wouldn't recommend going there. I also felt like it was missing on the machine. they cannot completely adjust their orders when they are a menu. it's just the most terrible mcdonalds my family knows.

None of the touchscreen menus worked to allow me to order, but the staff was very helpful and between my very poor French and their limited English a successful order was placed. eating was all they expect from mcdonald, but at almost 11 o'clock. if they've been driving all day, they can't have everything

Reasonably well positioned if you are staying in Poitiers Sud. However unless you are good with French the ordering procedure is a bit confusing. Not so much choosing what you want from the screens but knowing how to get the food you order. Your order...number on the receipt bears no relationship to the plastic numbers at the machine. Nevertheless are order was eventually delivered. Disappointed with the quantity of fresh orange -cup only half full despite ordering medium(not cheap). Coffee was ok as was food although again we got chunky chips rather than the usual Mcdonalds but perhaps that was down to our poor ordering !!
