Hungerford Hill Wines - Pokolbin

We had an amazing wine tasting at Hungerford Hill Wines. The hospitality was impressive, offering a wide variety of wines. We only tried 8, but they were willing to offer us more. The cheese platter was also delicious. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

We were notified 48 hours in advance that our scheduled Epic wine tasting was canceled, which was disappointing. However, when we arrived at Ella, we were delighted to experience a nearly 2-hour personalized tasting. Ella was fantastic and made sure we sampled the finest wines Hungerford had available. Thank you, Ella!

Nick was crazy knowledgeable, incredibly hilarious, super friendly, and made my experience at hungerford hill memorable! Great wines, great staff! I’ll try to come back before I leave NSW! Thanks again for the great wine recommendations and great afternoon!

This place is dog friendly and your dog can enter the cellar door with you as long as they are on a leash. You can taste their fine wines with your pooch right next to you which makes the experience AHHHH-MAZING! Their wines are smooth and beautiful! We love their wine lists! Not a big fan of whites but their whites were delicious! Highly recommend and definitely coming back to visit again!!

A huge thank you to Chris for providing us with a fantastic tasting experience! Despite the busy Sunday during a long weekend, he made sure to accommodate myself, my husband, three children, and even our dog. Chris was attentive to our taste preferences and adjusted the tasting accordingly. He went above and beyond by showing us aged versions of the wines we were trying, giving us a deeper appreciation for how cellaring could enhance our wines over time. We ended up buying a case and would definitely recommend Chris to anyone visiting Hungerford Hill!
