Great, friendly service. great menu. beautiful atmosphere.

We visited matilda bay during the sydney Covid lock, which explains why it was so quiet. the staff was friendly and our food was quickly brought. everyone enjoyed their meal. the bierpaddels were tasty and the finish on a middy of our favorite age ended the meal. they were here before with a completely different atmosphere and will visit again.

Eating was not a good quality, my pizza was very sluggish.

Good was awful. With two groups all those that had burgers were so disappointed. Dry bread. Meat (pulled pork and brisket) were poor, pizzas were soggy (base) and not fully cooked. One person asked if chips came with burger when ordering said no, so ordered those on top, yet it did come with chips. $12.50 for a chips! Unbelievable. You disappointed 12 people who all felt the same. Won’t be coming back and telling others to avoid
